This policy explains how SM Nomad, operated by CLEARSTONE COMMERCE ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our store.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from third parties: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers and shipping carriers.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, communicate with you about them, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve the store and, where you have agreed, send marketing messages.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the store (hosting, payments, shipping, analytics, email), advertising and analytics partners where permitted by law and by your choices, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information for money.
