Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging in which you received it, with all parts and accessories included.

How to start a return

Email contact@paysmeggoff.site with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and a prepaid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

We pay for return shipping. Use the prepaid label we send you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item, size or color is to return the original and place a new order.

Order cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships by emailing contact@paysmeggoff.site.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
